Everything is at your fingertips. Once logged into your account you can view our frequently asked questions, review your invoices, submit trouble tickets, view the latest news and much much more. Don't forget to register for an account on our user forums for access to even more information about WireSix.



While logged into "My Account" you are able to view and update all of your account information. This includes contact and billing information, and the support desk, detailed below.



Located within the "My Account" billing area are some of the following features:

      •   View new invoices.
      •   View paid invoices.
      •   Update Credit Card information.
      •   Make invoice payments (if not auto-billed).
      •   Ask billing questions.



WireSix's support desk puts our experienced techs right at your fingertips!

Response and Resolution:  We have skilled technicians working through our support desk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our dedicated support approach means your tickets are answered promptly regardless of the time of day. Whether it's 2PM or 2AM, you can expect the same great (and speedy!) service. In rare cases your issue may be escalated from the original technician to an individual with more experience in the specific area, extending response time. However, rest assured we have an expert in your area ready to help!

High Priority Case?:  Our techs respond to "emergency" tickets within minutes. Please don't abuse the "emergency" status. If a case that does not warrant an "emergency" status is logged please note that our techs will downgrade the issue to its proper impact level.
